Josh Sturgeon
Founder of Full Stack Freedom. Builder. Operator. Recovering agency CEO.
The Short Version
I've spent 15 years in growth and marketing. I built a marketing agency to 80 people, made the Inc. 5000 list two years running, managed $200M+ in ad spend across client accounts, and exited to private equity.
I've been a mentor in the Techstars accelerator program for the last decade, working with 200+ startup founders. I led early growth for companies now approaching or at $1B valuation, including Grin, Trust & Will, DNS Filter, and Raw Nutrition. I've also run campaigns for enterprise brands like Staples, Unilever, and Cloudflare.
Now I'm building Full Stack Freedom: AI-powered systems that help founders, operators, and agency owners build faster, grow leaner, and ship like a team of one.
Why I'm Building This
When I was running the agency, I spent years building processes, hiring specialists, and layering systems on top of systems. It worked, but it was fragile. The more people we added, the more coordination overhead we created.
AI changed the equation. I was an early adopter, building AI into agency workflows before it was mainstream. What used to require a team of writers, strategists, and operators can now be systematized and shipped by one person with the right toolkit.
I've already proven this works. The AI-powered content systems I've built have generated $3M+ in revenue for clients, with zero Google penalties across 4 years of running through every algorithm update.
What I Cover
Full Stack Freedom is where I share the systems, tools, and builds I'm using right now. Not theory. Not "top 10 AI tools" listicles written by someone who's never shipped anything. Real workflows, pulled from real work.
